My name is David Johnson and I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with KALE REALTY. My 25 plus years of experience in Real Estate has allowed me to specialize in multiple areas in this industry. The extensive background I have acquired includes: Listing and Selling Residential Properties, Multi Units, Property Management with a focus in Investment Properties, BPO's, REO Accounts, along with HUD and knowledge of HUD special programs. In addition to my background and expertise my business partner Elizabeth Johnson is able to organize and provide structure with a strategic business plan through her extensive background in Business Administration with Marketing & Management, along with over 20 years of Legal Support Services in the Law Industry. Objective: Our Company GOAL is to establish and continue to grow business operations through the investments of properties in the Chicagoland area as well as tax liens /and deeds nationwide, also specializing in the acquisition of various Real Estate Transactions.
